Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a W-9 form for my district's records?
To request a new or updated W-9 form, please complete our W-9 request form. This is the most frequently requested form by districts for processing payments and maintaining vendor records.
What forms of payment do you accept for professional development?
We accept checks, credit cards, purchase orders (to hold your spot), and ACH transfers. Purchase orders must be followed by payment within 30 days. Your spot is confirmed when payment or proof of payment is received.
How many hours do I need to attend to earn credit for a workshop?
Participants are expected to attend and/or participate in all 30 hours of AP Summer Institute workshop instruction to earn full CEU credit. For other programs, requirements vary by course - check specific program details for hour requirements.
When will I receive my certificate of completion?
You will receive your certificate via email within 5-7 business days after the workshop concludes. Make sure to provide a valid email address during registration.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $70 cancellation fee applies beginning 2 weeks before the start of each session. The registration fee, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded to the original payment method. Check refunds are processed within 30 business days, and credit card refunds within 7-10 business days.
