Alexandria Buzzard joined the UT High School team in 2026. Ms. Buzzard graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in English. She has previously taught both on-level and honors English II at McCallum and Connally High School, where she takes great pride in her ability to make meaningful and lasting connections to students of all backgrounds. Ms. Buzzard is honoring her late father’s legacy by continuing his work as a secondary educator; an eternal homage to his passion for learning.
In her free time, Ms. Buzzard likes to unwind by spending time with her dog Sir Winston Lee Burrow-Buzzard and her cat Chicken Elisabeth Nugget. She is an avid sports fan and spends most of her weekends watching either College Football/ Baseball (Geaux Tigers) or Formula 1.
