👔 Graduate Dress Code 👗
Graduation is a formal ceremony. Attire should be business casual and reflect the dignity of the occasion.
- Under Gown Attire - Acceptable options include dresses, skirts, or pants paired with a nice top or collared shirt. Please no shorts or t-shirts.
- Footwear - Dress shoes, nice sneakers, boots - no flip flops or house shoes. There will be a lot of standing and walking!
- Cap & Gown
- Must be matte black - ordering information below
- Caps can be decorated - school appropriate - will be checked
- No cords, stoles, medals, flags, etc. may be worn during the ceremony
- Gowns must be kept zipped during the ceremony
🎓 Cap & Gown Information 🎓
We have partnered with Herff Jones this year for graduation announcements, caps & gowns, etc. We will still have caps and gowns available for use at graduation for those students who do not want to purchase their own.

Additional options to purchase a cap and gown, or just a cap if student is using our gown, but wants to decorate their cap are listed below. We will provide the official UTHS tassel on graduation day. Make sure to order "matte black" as the color.
