Transcripts
UTHS staff prepare transcripts for students enrolled in the full time UT High School Diploma Programs which include UTHS-Texas and UTHS-International. Determinations about transfer of course credits follow the UTHS policies outlined in the UTHS Student and Parent Handbook as well as all state policies for transcript documentation, course credits, and graduation plans.

How you request a transcript or grade report depends on who you are and which UTHS program applies.
UTHS Full-Time Students
Click this link to Request a Transcript and submit the details required in the form to the UTHS Registrar Team. Please submit your request multiple weeks in advance of the date you need the transcript. Please be sure to complete all information in the form when you submit your request.
Final grades for each course are not posted on the transcript until the end of each semester and after teachers and staff verify the final course grades, which takes approximately one week after the end of each semester. The end of semester dates are viewable in the UTHS Diploma Programs Calendar.
Independent Learners
Grade reports for Independent Courses are available through Canvas. Log in at uths.instructure.com, click Account, select Certification/Enrollment Tool, then Completed Courses to generate your report.
Counselors & School Officials
Counselors and school officials access student grade reports through the same Canvas system used by students, logging in at uths.instructure.com. Once logged in, you can view and download completed grade reports for students registered under your school.
You'll need a UTHS-specific Canvas account to log in — credentials from your local school district's Canvas will not work. If you don't already have a UTHS Canvas account, contact edservices@uthighschool.org to request access.
Schools Requesting Student Records
Texas public schools can request all educational records directly through TREx within TEAL.
Private schools and schools outside Texas should email UTHSRegistrar@austin.utexas.edu to request records.
Texas Graduation Plans
Students who were freshmen in school year 2014-2015 and hereafter will graduate under the Foundation High School Program. Students who entered high school before the 2014-2015 school year have the option to graduate under the new Foundation High School Program or the existing Minimum High School Program (MHSP), Recommended High School Program (RHSP), or Distinguished Achievement Program (DAP). Students may earn dual credits and students who participate in athletics may qualify for off-site PE credits. In addition to the course requirements, students must pass five state-mandated STAAR End Of Course exams.
