Brett Pollock has been a dedicated educator for 30 years. He received his B.A. in History and Secondary Education from York University in York, Nebraska and completed his M.Ed. in Educational Technology from City University in Seattle, Washington. He has taught AP World History, World History, U.S. History, Psychology, Geography, and Government. He taught for 11 years in Washington state and has spent the past 19 years teaching at Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas, serving as the department chair the past 14 years. Mr. Pollock continues to serve as an AP reader for the AP World exams, and has tutored several AP students on the side. In his free time, he enjoys spending as much time with his wife and kids traveling, visiting historical sites, enjoying a movie, taking in sporting events, and/or just relaxing.
