David Andrews is an artist, illustrator, instructional designer, and educator with more than 15 years of experience creating, teaching, and evaluating online and hybrid learning experiences. He earned a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Oregon State University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Texas Woman’s University, and a BFA from the University of North Texas.
David’s teaching philosophy is solution-focused and centered on the needs of each individual student. He believes art is less about being the “best” at drawing and more about exploring personal expression through visual and creative problem-solving.
Outside of his professional work, David enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his three dogs in Denton, Texas.
