Science Teacher
Bio: Erin Land is joining UT High School in 2026 with 21 years of experience teaching science in Texas public schools. Throughout her career, she has taught a variety of STEM courses, with a particular passion for environmental science. Ms. Land is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science through Louisiana State University Online. She believes that learning is a lifelong process and strives to help students connect what they learn in science to their everyday lives and the world around them using current research and real-world applications. Outside of teaching, Ms. Land enjoys relaxing at home with her two dogs and two cats, spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring nature.
