Vy Pham serves as an English Language Arts (ELA) Lead and Instructor at Leander High School, where she has taught all levels of English I–IV since joining Leander ISD in 2019. Ms. Pham is a proud Texas Ex with a B.A. in English from the University of Texas. She furthered her expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University in December 2025. Ms. Pham is also an active member of the District Curriculum Design Team and has spent two years mentoring student interns and new teachers, providing essential guidance to those entering the profession. In her current role, Ms. Pham specializes as the campus Interventionist, focusing on targeted support for students working toward STAAR EOC proficiency and TSI completion.
Beyond her instructional leadership, Ms. Pham is committed to fostering a lifelong love of literature in her students. A resident of the beautiful Georgetown, TX, she maintains a balanced professional life through her passions for health, fitness, and the outdoors. When at her leisure, she can be found hiking local trails with her partner, gardening, or cooking.
