Daryl Wetzel has been teaching for twenty-one years with 19 years at McNeil High School in Austin, TX. Mr. Wetzel graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Economics. Later, he went on to earn a MBA from Pepperdine University. He received his teacher certification through Region XIII, in 1991, specializing in Career and Technology. He also received his Principal/Administrators Certification and worked at McNeil as an Administrative Intern. In addition to teaching Web Technology, Principles of Information Technology, Principles of Business Marketing and Finance he has taught BIM I, Introduction to Business, BIM II, Banking and Finance and Money Matters. Mr. Wetzel has been involved with the DECA Club, FBLA, and was McNeil High School’s Webmaster. He spent 25 years working in the Automotive Industry, in both the Retail and Manufacturing side of the business. During the last seven years, he worked for Ford Motor Company's Dealer Computer Services, developing and installing sales and service software programs. Mr. Wetzel has been married for 34 years and has two daughters.
