English Teacher
Emily Adams joined UT High School in the spring of 2024 as an English teacher. She comes to UTHS after eight years in education including one year teaching EFL in Gangwon-do, South Korea. Over the course of her career, Emily has taught both AP and college prep English to grades nine through twelve. She graduated from UMass- Amherst in 2010 with her BA in Comparative Literature, her M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction in 2017 and will finish her MA in Literature in May of 2023. In her free time, she enjoys birding, travelling, and playing guitar.
