Counselor
Kara Tappendorf holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from The University of Northern Colorado. She has served as School Counselor in the Austin region for 17 years. Ms. Tappendorf’s passion lies in meeting each student at their level and supporting them as they move forward with their personal and professional goals. In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking and playing with her dogs, and working on house or craft projects.
