Aimee Finney has a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from Texas State University and a Master of Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. Ms. Finney has been teaching communications for 22 years, and currently teaches Debate and AVID at Akins High School in Austin, Texas. She has taught Public Speaking, Communication Applications, Business Communications, Oral Interpretation, and Professional Communications. Ms. Finney also serves as an adjunct professor with ACC in the Communication Studies department. Ms. Finney serves her community through The Junior League of Austin, Leadership Austin, Women's Symphony League, and the Library Commission. Ms. Finney has two fluffy kitties, and loves to travel and read non-fiction.
