Interim Director of Student Services
Julie Joesel is the Interim Director of Special Services at UTHS, bringing over 20 years of experience as a school psychologist in both traditional public and charter school settings. She has also contributed to training future school psychologists through her partnership with the UT Austin School Psychology Program. Mrs. Joesel is passionate about student-centered practices, inclusive education, and supporting the whole child. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and a Master’s in School Psychology from Texas State University.
