Director of Student Services
Mr. Arroyo joined the UT High School family in early 2022. He brings with him 16 years of experience in public education, including 6 years as an AP Spanish/AVID teacher and varsity sports coach and 10 years as a middle school and high school administrator. Mr. Arroyo holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. He has served in both specialized and traditional settings, developing expertise in Special Education and a variety of college and career pipeline programs, including Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Early College and P-TECH models. Mr. Arroyo is excited to empower students and support UT High School’s innovative approach to education.
