Social Studies Teacher
Robert Ardis joined U.T. High School in the Summer of 2023 and brings 23 years of experience teaching at the secondary level. He has taught every core social studies subject, AP Macroeconomics and AP U.S. History as well as Journalism, Photography, and Creative Writing. He was also a varsity tennis coach for the past decade and a varsity soccer coach for the 13 years prior. Mr. Ardis holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of History degree from Texas State University. He lives in Cedar Creek with his wife Charlotte and three sons. His hobbies include gardening, cooking, and supporting West Ham United.
